Service & call charges

Each new number requires a Setup & Activation fee of £26.00, and a pre pay monthly service charge of £13.00, to make calls or forward calls to another number you just add calling credit through our online hub. Top Up starts at £6.00 and never expires. Visit Pricing for more info.

If you only use your VoIP number for incoming calls on a VoIP phone or mobile phone app and do not require forwarding then no other charges will apply.
